Dr. Lubow earned a B.A. in Psychology from Lewis & Clark College in Portland, Oregon and Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute in Santa Barbara, California. She completed her internship in the Department of Psychiatry at Portland Adventist Medical Center. She completed her residency and fellowship in Neuropsychology in the Departments of Neurology and Psychiatry at the Oregon Health and Science University School of Medicine in Portland. Dr. Lubow most recently conferred her MBA in Healthcare Management in the School of Medicine at the Oregon Health of Science University in Portland.
Dr. Lubow is actively licensed in Oregon and she holds a certificate of professional qualification by the ASPPB.
